Place move and remove individual points
Where
Map then Add points
Attach a shared record to a location on a chosen background.
Steps
- Choose the background, then open Add points.
- Choose an unplaced record and the point placement mode.
- Click the image or Google Map location, or a visible GLB surface.
- Select the placed point and drag it to adjust its position.
- Use Remove from map or Remove placement to detach it without deleting the record.
Expected result
The draft contains a point placement linked to the original record.
Tips and limits
A record has at most one placement on a background. Removing a placement retains all its data and placements elsewhere. Use the selection pencil to edit the record details. Image-map selected points also support small arrow-key moves.
Effect on the published viewer
Publish changes to update visitors with placement edits.
