Collect point and house package enquiries
Where
Public popup Enquire or a house package enquiry action
Let a visitor submit contact details for the selected lot and, where applicable, a house package.
Steps
- Open a published point popup and choose Enquire, or open its house packages and choose the relevant package enquiry.
- Complete the required first name, last name, email, mobile, postcode, buyer type and discovery-source fields.
- Read the consent wording and linked privacy policy and complete the required consent choice.
- Submit once and wait for the success message.
- Close the confirmation and continue browsing.
Expected result
The submission is stored against the project with the point name and any package and builder details captured at submission time.
Tips and limits
Draft Preview is for checking the form only and does not send enquiries. Public submission requires an available published placement and valid action or package assignment. There are no configured email notifications or CRM delivery.
Effect on the published viewer
Enquiries are saved immediately; they are not draft layout changes.
