Create edit duplicate and archive house packages
Where
Houses tab
Maintain reusable home designs separately from lot data.
Steps
- Open Houses and choose Add house package.
- Enter House name, Builder name, From price, room counts, House size and Minimum frontage.
- Add a main image and a complete floorplan URL where available.
- Use the duplicate action for a similar package, then edit the copy.
- Archive a package to hide it, Restore to return it, or use Delete forever for permanent removal.
Expected result
Each package has its own record and can be assigned to multiple lots.
Tips and limits
Prices display as entered; Prevue does not automatically add land and construction prices. Room specifications belong to Houses. Minimum frontage is descriptive and does not automatically assign or validate compatible lots. Archive retains assignments; permanent deletion removes them.
Effect on the published viewer
House details and archive or restore changes affect packages on published lots immediately.
