Points then House packages and the public lot popup
Connect suitable home designs to a lot while keeping one shared design record.
Steps
- Create the packages in Houses first.
- In Points, open House packages on an Availability record.
- Select the suitable designs and save or close the picker as prompted.
- Open the lot’s popup and choose Available House and Land Packages.
- Browse the package cards, follow a floorplan link or enquire about a specific design.
Expected result
Visitors see active packages assigned to that lot and can return to the lot details.
Tips and limits
Assignment is manual; minimum frontage does not automatically filter compatible homes. Archived packages are hidden without losing their links. Sold-price withholding can also hide a package price for a sold lot.

Assignments and package details update live for published lots.
